If I read those rules correctly then those insiders would definitly hold above the 90% threshold needed to move to compulsory aquisition of minority shareholders at any time but I dont know about the rules for a price they must offer. The people who are classed as creditors of the company will probably be offered shares to satisfy debt under the same terms as the note holders and we will be offered 2.1c.
