video taken down before I got to see it, so not sure if this is actually some kind of recording of an AKP chip or just a piss take.
However, if this video is any way legit I feel that we now have an uneven playing field where some shareholders know more (sensitive) information than others. Surely a big no no regarding ASX rules.
Luckily for AKP this happened during a trading halt. so they are probably OK for now.. so long as they make sure to allow all shareholders get an opportunity to view the video before the trading halt is lifted.
