Some questions to all on the forum way smarter than me.

    1. "STX would have already met their 15% domgas sales requirements to the likes of Perth Energy and WES".
Given that STX will sell its SE 1 (2,3) gas to a different Australian company called "ABC Haber Pty Ltd", wouldn't this contracted gas sales agreement also count as a DOMGAS agreement ??? Contributing to the 15% reservation hurdle...........................

    2. "export gas policy...govt is patently stupid or something else is going on".
The WA Government has given special export access to only one company - BPT. Isn't this actually anticompetitive and breaking some kind of law? The ACCC (Competitions Act) is supposed to promote fair trading, competition etc. Have the WA Govt dug themselves a whole that they may be imminently about to fall into.................?

    3. Takeovers (more a comment than a Q)
I will bet my left nut that the Top 20 (me included) / Board member shareholders will not accept any entity that attempts a takeover offer thats 20-40% to WAP . The strategy is to build a "Mid (large?) Cap Industrial Energy company with significant green credentials". The Vision is being executed!!

Watching the blatant SP manipulation is frustrating. I, for one, expect the Board to be getting some transparency on that - just good old fashioned competitor intelligence.
The reality is there are potentially multiple parties (in the PB) that might not necessarily be a potential acquirer of STX, but simply don't want STX to be a successful upstart competitor - vying for gas sales agreements, adding gas supplies to a nice tight market drives down prices, fight for Capital etc. Spoils the party!
Keeping STX's share price down, makes our cost of capital (raises/dilutions) all that more expensive over time. Can't necessarily do things in parallel, rather we need to stay sequential with judicious use of cash. As we all know smashes NPV's.

So hats off to STX, we will have #CashbyXmas and a P&L to play with......and maybe we get to see 2 drills running at once.................I live in hope.
Having our own revenues in the next 6 months is going to be game changing.

Hang in there girls and boys.
