The majority of europe ferroalloy production is probably going off in the next 1 or 2 months. The ones that havent closed anyway. Even the subsidized ones r going to be loss making.
the same thing is likely happening in india. Although not as seriously as europe.
china has also started shutting down industrial activities due to electricity shortage. The situation in sichuan province where many factories r being temporarily shutdown by the government.
