Chart looks promising, macd has turned positive, healthy volume could see 13.80 in the short term, and if that holds maybe new uptrend beginning, energy sector is turning bullish, almost like 'its time', money coming out of gold looking for a new commodity, lots of indicators are lagging but oil is the trendsetter.
