Ironically the high degree of misery will make sure the remedy is effective and long lasting. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" - in this case not your health, but society.
(I'm looking forward to what regulatory agencies like the FDA, CDC and TGA will look like in 2025. I'm also predicting Pfizer will be gone by then and it's executives will either be bankrupt or incarcerated. It really will be Nuremberg 2.0).
