I believe you are wrong. My take is that they have been issued with the 25M shares and the price to be paid will be finalised at the end of the T+30 period.. either of the two options declared.. if the price is $0.30 then 25M shares will cost them $7.5m.. i strongly feel you are over complicating it further than it already has been..
