I'd tend to back TillLindemann's view more, as he lives near Condobolin NSW and hence would be regularly in touch with agronomists, grain growers and others in the rural sector. Look at our state governments' largely dismal performance re COVID-19 as one example as to how incompetent especially the Labor states were (and are). Hence I have little faith in what sources from the latter might state.
