Ken owns shite loads of PLS. He wants to see the company grow. He is now on the BOD of a Canadian company with highly prospective pegmatite trends with access to the US market. PMET would do well to bring a major Lithium player with hard rock experience into the fold as a major investor/partner. May not need to buy PMET. PLS may have an entry through the front door.
All speculation and wishful thinking of course.
