I have no idea either .There are a few companies about with similar size assets . I just looked up the value of those companies at similar stages . 10-14 is a pretty normal amount 1-1.5% is a pretty normal grade. Anything above 1% is good . the higher the better
i don't know anything though and this is not advice in any way .
Location is a plus , quality is a plus, better quality better location. No boat needed. Lower carbon footprint lower costs
