You might find this article interesting (if you haven't already seen it).....
In a nutshell... the argument being put is silver is being shorted in order to affect the gold price (influenced by the silver/gold ratio).... the shorters of silver might actually be trying to buy gold at lower prices... (no idea personally.... but interesting... imo)
