TRADING HALT REQUEST
Elixir Energy Limited (ASX: EXR) (“Company”) requests that the securities of the Company be placed
in a trading halt pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 from the start of trading on 25 August 2022.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in connection with the
signing of a sale and purchase agreement to acquire a further gas exploration asset.
The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of;
• the release of an announcement to the market; or
• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 29 August 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
