Lots of interesting theories.... But this one has me a little worried. Hopefully jumping at shadows but the statement "update in relation to the expectation that the gazettal noticefor the assignment of the exploration rights to the Exclusive Prospecting Orders 1848 and 1849will be published in the Zimbabwe Government Gazette" read literally can only mean that the expectation that the gazettal noticefor the assignment of the exploration rights to the Exclusive Prospecting Orders 1848 and 1849will be published in the Zimbabwe Government Gazette has changed. Whether that relates to the timing of it, whether it will ever happen or someone of thing they had an expectation about, who knows.

Either that or its just a really badly worded announcement. If its because it will be published tomorrow, why not just say, and update on the publishing of the....." or if because they can now release the resource estimates, they would have said, and update to the prospective resource estimates. Hopeful the president is not playing games here
