Not downramping - just stating the obvious. The special extension of DD period for discussion and agreement with the local residents and stakeholders was (obviously I think) because there were some issues. Maybe that is why such a great project was offered at a bargain price!
There are three outcomes of discussions to 24th Aug. 1. Agreement Reached. 2. Agreement not reached. 3. Confidential negotiations still underway on extended time.
The way I see it any one of those is PRICE SENSITIVE and should have been ann'd on ASX no later than the open today.
Reluctantly I have dismissed MAN, management raises issues I would not be happy with even if the project in Chile proceeded.
