Based on interviews with Justyn and what we know, I’d anticipate funding would be along the lines of 70/30 (with 70% debt and the 30%, possibly the project given away).
Or given the 500ktpa offtake seems to be enough for the 70% (which, when the letter of intent was presented, UREA prices were much lower) … perhaps 100% funding via debt is a real possibility.

Many directors have decent holdings too as well as Daelim.

So yes, of course dilution (and how much) will always be a concern, but self interest is also powerful thing ….and I’m quite comfortable with the current risk/reward profile of these options.

If it were a sure thing, we wouldn’t be a speculative company and the MC would already be much higher.

Im always happy put my money where my mouth is, and summon “knackers of steel” when required haha
