I watched an interview on YouTube yesterday with Rick Rule who said this was a stock he was buying and is pretty bullish on it. That probably means he bought some a while and has picked up enough and needs to ramp it a bit to see some life in the SP. Mentions it at the 1min mark here.
Of course, that also means Sprott is ramping it. Their current target is $1.65.
Technically, it looks like it could find a bottom around 40c. Potential 4 bagger from here.
