Honestly, the release of this second supplementary scheme booklet was important and essential to all shareholders. The problem with previous announcements was the uncertainty with certain agreements and conditions involved. This supplementary booklet explains in detail both the risks and benefits of which all shareholders must understand.

As disclosure before I explain to you what I think of this, I am voting YES. Don't get me wrong, but there is problem with the current band of people on this forum who are fighting for the NO vote may not fully understand their consequences of their act of voting such way. They only see the positives of agreeing to the scheme which the BOD has shown in the previous scheme booklets, however the negatives were not explained. Many people would simply vote NO out of spite for the low offer. I understand your frustration completely, but due care and consideration must be given to what will ultimately happen should the NO vote succeed.

In saying that, do NOT believe everyone on here that say 'I am voting NO' etc.. this is your own personal financial decision and you must make it for yourself. You only have the option to either protecting your investment or giving it away. You need to consider what would happen to your share value should the NO vote succeed. I say this because everyone on this forum only care about themselves. You cannot be sure other people on here saying they are voting NO are actually even holding shares, especially those who have already sold out only to rally a NO vote, waiting for the crash so they can buy-back in cheaply at your expense. Alternatively, they may only hold 100 shares and voting NO knowing their risk is very low compared to you. At the end of the day YOU need to make your informed decision based on your own personal financial circumstances. The second supplementary scheme booklet explains all this and I highly suggest you read it all, or ask a friend to help you understand it.
