guys let me explain how this works, until now we not submitted a financial bid, all that preceded this point was technical evaluation where we submitted our plans on what we are going to do if we got the license and our plan was good enough for us to be selected on of the 3 finalists. Now that we and the two other companies have passed the technical evaluation we will be invited on September 4th to a live bidding joined by our competitors where every company will try outbid each other until someone raise the price tag to a level where others cannot match and be declared a winner.

we do not need to disclose anything to the ASX at this moment apart from this announcement as we did not start the bidding process yet
