This PTM Board needs an overhaul...they need new thinking and a lot more dynamism. The PTM investment process is logical and will have its time in the sun again with regard to fund performance, but the PTM business management has been woeful and needs to improve significantly, or they may be irrelevant by the time performance turns around. Keep Andrew Clifford and the investment team, but the rest of the directors can be refreshed and they definitely need a new head of communications/marketing. Need to see some changes soon.
