EW3 confirms with volume breakout today
EW1 was x15 from 1c low
EW2 low was 2c
EW3 is at least equal to EW1 so MIN target = 2 x 15 = 30 according to simple EW theory
EW5 can do anything inc an extended french horn depending on circumstances like eg appearance of the BORG>.
I'm happy with the conservative tech target for EW3 above as it coincides with the longer term trading band 25-40 left side of the "cup" I expect to see as this baby gets appropriately rerated in not too distant term. Cos at today's SOI plus the bonus shares due on confirmation of an 8 mill tonne 7 pct grade target, thats still only a paltry 100 mill bucks MC ....... I say "paltry" cos da boyz have already issued a much higher exploration target, was it 18 - 36 mill tonnes at 7 pct or 8 pct ....... still not quite as high as it could be if indeed we turn out a Reocin twin. And thats only for San Jose and its 9 + 3 km of strike now in focus
And then there is the BORG assimilation premium attached to neighbour smelter 80 km away currently importing all its feed.
So I'll stab a guess taking into account only "half twin" JORC, fast disappearing LME Zinc stocks cos all the other hopefuls are kinda in the middle of nowhere requiring much capex and time with lack of infrastructure and workforce to help fill the void, then adding a likely doubling of SOI to 500 mill say , and the Borg factor premium ......... reckon EW5 may look something like a conservative buck aussie a share with a timing wildcard sooner than later Captain Pickard ...... make it so.
Am standing aside while you smarties play the private Borg game ahead of the corporates cos I'm already loaded with core to see the first cup and handle form with a rim at 5.5 say and depth x 2.8 for interim target the EW1 high .......... not too far ahead.
Just doodling but this should now start to attract serious players to clean up the daytraders.
Today is a major buy signal for the technicians.
