I find the word "material" in relation to a capital raise interesting. What exactly would be the difference between "just a capital raise" and a material capital raise., With spec stocks a capital raise is one just to keep the company ticking along, often to fund the directors lifestyle. A "material" one indicates some major expenditure is about to happen.
