Applying a value of 0$ to Sappes is a bit harsh though.
According to the independant expert, Sappes currently got a value of 50M$. This includes the permitting process hurdle.
Once CFE manages to get this hurdle out of the way, Sappes will be worth a lot more than that imho. Maybe 70 - 80 M$.
So right now, Sappes got a minimum value of 50 M$ which CFE could get in the current market environment considering the current gold price and low cost production from that project.
It's just about extracting maximum value and thats why they're working on getting the permitting process done as fast as possible.
