My missus says it's called "compromise".

I didn't want to sell any AKE, but I also wanted my debt level on the home (Which is actually a small farm) to be a little less scary. The intent is to have it produce a small income and potentially start a family. So you are correct it is mostly an emotional choice I am making, and yes we aren't getting younger so I think the time is now. (Timeframe)
