If you followed his posts he had some 2 mill odd shares (along with his many options), he started selling shares last week I think, those funds would convert about 5 million and a bit of his options and then once converted he needed to sell those shares and should end up with 12-13 million shares once he converted the rest of his options.
Pretty good trade really.
