I see SP1 as nothing but a vehicle to continue the court case. If the case is dropped/lost then the vehicle is wound up, if it is won then I foresee a vote to merge it back into ISXFEU to move the cash into the ISXFEU business, or a special dividend and wind up of the SP1 business. I do not see the company wanting to operate in Australia in the near term.
I read something somewhere about ISXFEU needing to merge into the ISX Technologies shell for listing on an exchange. My only worry here is unnecessary dilution, pending details of the merger which may not even be decided yet.
