Sitting on the sidelines, know a cap raise is imminent....for those who have been around long enough, do they usually offer a "buy as much to $30k rule" during cap raises for existing holders or is it some pro rata based on holding size like 1:1?? Tempted to buy in, small holding if the $30k scenario plays out. Rather get a shite load at the cap raise price which may be sub 7c, potentially 5c....
very little cash...too little for my comfort lvl
