Hi Ivanovich, This is good news for CUS. They most likely will not let go of Cash card as its a cash cow like CUS. If they do the ACCC would likely baulk at us having 40% of the market - but we may get part of it. In any case with all these worries Cashcard will for sure take its 'eye off the ball' and provide little opposition to CUS in its growth path, prepaid, advertising, NZ, ETC. Most likely First Data will suck every cent from Cashcard so it will not have funds to get in our way in any case. Overall very good for us. Another lesson as well for CUS - don't overcommitt funds and end up like Bill Express.
