This has to be the most interesting thing HUM has come up with in a long time.
On market purchase of existing shares…Abercrombie can’t buy anymore shares due to creep provisions. Time for him to exercise his Dividend Reinvestment To make some on market purchases.
This is a strong move that will create further value for shareholders if they let it play out this way. New shares, however would be far less interesting.
