Let's look at it this way.
That $20m will pay alot of this years drilling costs.
And this years drilling results will yield half a billion barrels of new oil.
And that's worth 21% x 900,000,000bbls x say $25 equals (to HDR) about $2.65 billion.
That's $20 million well spent, me thinks
