    In theory WAF could buy out FFX in total. Its just the FFX share ownership transferred with the LLL holding still attached to the FFX shares.
    The new owner of FFX would not be able to deal with the holding until escrow is over.
    They could get themselves quite a bargain even at a good premium to current NTA given how cheap LLL is ATM.
