d........ BRL do have to share a lot of corporate knowledge via the shared BT mining board with Talleys.
I am not buying into any conspiracy ideas when the reality is, I have said it many times, companies with poor governance records and poor management tend to trade at a discount to their peers.
I think all shareholders should be grateful BRL have Talleys as a export business partner, for me that strengthens BRL's somewhat lacking management.
