    I don't recon they're joking, unless CXO have a flawless startup (in a location subject to a wet season)
    & then soon after initiate the plant upgrade cause around170Kt/a compared to 600Kt/a plus, a producing peer is doing now & not to mention the 500Kt/a another peer will / should be doing 2nd qtr 2024.
    Still a great story though & I'm looking forward to to the next construction update with pretty pics of crane & concrete activities with news that its all on schedule or better.
    I'II be happy with 2 bucks or better in the next few months. JMO
