sorry but that makes zero sense to me. So you are not interested in a $0.40c to $0.75c per annum income? That will push the over all share price up? Don’t understand your logic sorry.
plus the overall portfolio currently held and being mined is limited. Any share price increase is going to be based on the return of div and coal price. TER may still be under valued but it’s only based on the two points above and overall market sentiment.
