with comsec, if you buy one day and sell the next, it's immediately offset as if it were a same day transaction. That's what the T+1 talk is referring to as I understand it.
I have done this many times without having sufficient funds in my account and never been penalised. Perhaps comsec have this one feature as their redeeming one LOL!
