Q. Do builders offer a refund when the raw material prices come in lower than what the contract was based on?
Have you the price of lumber over the past decade or so? The price of steel? Other raw materials? It’s a wonder we have any builders left, prices of raw materials up, down, exchange rates up, down, what do they teach in trade school? Betcha it’s not cashflow. It’d be Greed 101 Chapter One “How to sign a customer up in less than five minutes!” No need to read the rest....
