    OK thanks i had missed that.

    Still makes no sense to me why when the company is desperately looking for capital the Chairman buys on market rather than participating in the capital raising (even if its only 20k) either in the CN or the placment .

    He surely cant think that 20k is going to impact the market price?

    As i said makes no sense.
