Just as a final comment, they are hiring totally inexperienced people to operate multi million dollar machinery at far less than what could be optimum efficiency. Surely experienced heavy machinery operators would produce more volume. Imagine hiring fresh heavy machinery operators in any other context and thinking that was safe or optimum. I would be scared if freshly trained people were using giant machines near me instead of people with years of experience in smaller machines.
