Agree davroz, but sadly these two paragraphs tell us what we already suspected - that there was a lot more to this story than we were being told.
I have a big slab (in terms of my own portfolio) in this company and I don't feel management should be picking and choosing what they announce to the market. I want the whole story as it affects operations, not just the warm & fuzzy bits.
