I agree that we should "get over" the rights issues .. that's payment for work done already and for saving us from insolvency. The other bunch would have had us at zero return months ago .. I reckon we should all be grateful that we are able to keep trading and relist!!
The options could have been longer dated or at a higher price as an "incentive" and the performance hurdles could have been more demanding ... that's true. BUT once again I believe it IS in our interests to pass all motions and "get over" any bickering on pay packages in this particular case.
I have voted in favour of ALL resolutions and I encourage others to do the same. If there is any "protest" let's hope it is only on one or two aspects of remuneration and not the other VITAL resolutions.
Looking forward to the AGM and the relist.
