your accusations are unreasonably.

The IPO failed only due to Copper prices getting smashed three days prior to the IPO closing date.

So it could have been that 4 days before that day everything was looking good for the IPO. TS was thus right in saying that everything was going fine.

Besides, the selling prior to the failure of the IPO was on low volume, the market was running amok at that time so the languishing shareprice was a result of a general market correction.

Re. the insto selling. CFE is almost 50 % backed by instos... there are a lot of small institutions that hold sub 5% stock. So there certainly wont be a notice if they sell.

I dont like people throwing around unreasonable accusations when explanations can be very obvious.
