Wouldn't bother mate, they call all fish here haddock or something that doesn't sound too good. There is a local fresh fish shop in the main street that makes me want to puke every time I get within 20 yards. Spent most of my life catching Pink Snapper, Spangled Emperor (Norwest Snapper), Red Emperor, Baldchin Groper (Blue Bone) plus many sports neighbor fish like Cobia, Tuna and such. Nothing will compare to many fresh species off Norwest WA. Plenty of King prawns, scallops and crays too.
