I just had a long phone conversation with a friend. For years he had a company in Germany that carried out general meetings including proxyvoting for companies. His customers included Deutsche Bank, VW, Siemens and many more…. extremely experienced man and of course he knew Computershare .

I had asked my friend whether the voting result or the current status would be passed on to the CEO. His answer was NO, the result will not be communicated to anyone but will only be announced at the Annual General Meeting. premature announcement would be punishable. I thought that Paul had won extremely narrowly in 2018... it seemed to me that he was presenting the exact number of shares he needed to defeat the Browns.... must have been coincidence or luck for Paul.

My second question was whether it is normal for Computershare to do the voting and at the same time have shareholders called on behalf of Burton to manipulate their opinion... my friend was absolutely shocked by this, he told me that this is completely immoral and represents a clear conflict of conscience computer share.

How can WE trust the voting result when the company responsible for it is trying to manipulate shareholders at the same time?????

This is a more than questionable business practice by Computershare and urgently needs to be questioned by the CMT….

It must be ensured that the voting result is 100% correct
