    Apologies if this is a bit of a dumb question. BEM 100% own the Maniry project themselves, but they are splitting some of the offtake 50/50 with Metachem. I'm new to BEM and looking at them for my first graphite investment but I'm a touch confused about the JV/ and how this works for their Maniry ownership. Any help explaining/simplifying would be much appreciated
