Does NZ$46m EV seem a bit light to anyone else?
"The enterprise value of $46m represents a multiple of over 13x FY21 New Zealand underlying
EBITDA."
Sounds like they really burdened the segment numbers / no credit for any theoretical overhead synergies if Anchorage is pursuing a strategic-like roll up / not giving any credit for future mean reversion.
