Having read a bit more, it is totally understandable why no dividend was declared... "Bathurst is currently working through capital management matters for BT Mining with (Talley's) and will advise the market once these are resolved" - most interesting, would imply something is 'imminent'... could Bathurst be attempting to buy some or all of Talley's share of BT Mining?? Would make things tidier for both parties as well as being mutually beneficial.
It would certainly be very beneficial for the clarity of the market if they could elaborate on what they're thinking, or when they might have a decision.
Clearly it is no issue with BT Mining/Talley's itself, given the BT Mining has paid Bathurst an almost $10m dividend during FY22.
