The auditors are covering themselves here. I think in this case a Class action is in order. Let see what happens on release of the updated accounts. The acquisition strategy is another issue. I went into the capital raising but had partly sold out before. Intelligent Investor is not happy and is likely to put a sell on it when it comes out of the trading halt.
