Yep I sold out in the high 30's for the same reason. I keep hearing what an astute buy purchasing the building was, and how it was much cheaper than rent. But frankly I like my exploration companies to focus on exploration and not real estate purchases. Who actually invested in ICN for them to purchase property? It is almost laughable.
