My thoughts: 1. Administrator appointed; 2. Mr. Geminder takes it private (how can he let a company he controls - shadow director - fall over); 3. They sell off Integrated Packaging back to the original owners (who might have a faint hope of turning it around) - pay off the debt, sell off whatever they can and close down what remains. The biggest losers are the shareholders and no comeback on the derelict Director's that sat and watched this happen. Only stepped in when the situation was dire from my understanding. The market is saying no bills are being paid and customers cannot get supply. Someone knows something given the share price movement last week. I hope ASX investigates.
