IMO:
The timing of removing (from internet) the Archean Resources website won't look good to either the ASX or ASIC if they had not requested that from Archean Resources or CLZ (whoever is responsible!!!).
Non-disclosure related to the Listing Rules is dealt with by the ASX and anything else to dealt with by ASIC which could theoretically involve fraud investigation if that is relevant.
