Because the communication style, frequency and clarity of the message is poor. Thats what is holding this back.
Thats why its so frustrating as a holder.
The story is good really two Aust, copper jorcs close to each other, easily mineable with good economics and metallurgy and some cash and its only 10mil cap.
Why because we cant communicate properly.
